PDF settings¶
PDF Print Options¶
Print format
Users can choose between A3, A4, A5, Legal, Letter or Tabloid print format.
Page orientation
Users can choose between Landscape or Portrait page orientation.
Show the download PDF button in the form
Users can choose to show the download PDF button in the form or not.
Merge PDF¶
The user can append several documents into the final PDF of the answer set using the Merge PDF tool. The user can add PDF to the form that will be merged when the form is generated as a PDF. It is possible to add many PDFs and apply visibility rules. Visibility rules can be used to control which documents will be appended into the final document depending on the answers selected in the form.
Users can upload the document from their computer or use a URL. URL has to be public and the server must be able to reach the link. For example: https://sweetsystems.se/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Sweet-4.8.3-Release-Notes-PDF.pdf
Header and Footer¶
Users can add both header and footer to the final PDF document. Both header/footer are not visible in the Form Designer preview. Users have the possibility to style both header and footer with an HTML editor where you can add styled texts and pictures using URL/upload. You can also use the ‘show page number’ functionality.
