Search functionality¶
Sweet One has smart multiple search functionality. It is placed in the upper left-hand corner of Sweet One. The user can choose to search directly among selected entities and display only results for those entities or search in all available entities. The possibility of limiting the search area makes the search functionality quicker.
*On a mobile phone, there is an additional search function placed inside the menu, just above the start icon.
It is possible to filter your search by ‘begins with’ or ‘contains’.
The search result is shown by an object in the max of 9 different tabs: companies, contacts, private persons, cases, projects, deals, company groups, users and work order. Depending on the object type, you can search by different criteria.
Company search
Search criteria:
Search for a company can be done by: company’s name; primary phone number; e-mail; organization number and customer number.
Result:
The search result is presented in a list sorted by the alphabetic order. The list presents: company’s name, customer no, city and type.
The list contains the following functionality:
Map symbol - opens google maps for company address
Phone symbol - works for mobile phones, on computer skype can be opened
Web symbol - opens company website
Allabolag symbol - opens company in allabolag.se
Company group search
Search criteria:
Search for a company group can be done by: the name of the company group; primary phone number; primary e-mail address and the organization number of the company group
Result:
The search result is presented in a list sorted by the alphabetic order. The list presents: name of the company group, the city and the type.
The list contains the following functionality:
Call symbol - works for mobile phones, on computer skype can be opened
Mail symbol - opens email with the company group email address set as recipient
Web symbol - opens the company group web page
Contact search
Search criteria:
Search for a contact person can be done by: first name; last name; primary phone number; e-mail; org no and customer number of the company’s contact person
Result:
The search result is presented in a list sorted by the alphabetic order. The list presents contact’s name, job title, position and all the related companies.
The list contains the following functionality:

Mail symbol - opens email with the contact’s email address set as recipient
Private person search
Search criteria:
Search for a private person can be done by: first name; last name; e-mail; primary phone number and social security number.
Result:
The search result is presented in a list sorted by the alphabetic order by the first name. The list presents private person’s name and address.
The list contains the following functionality:

Mail symbol - opens email with the private person’s email address set as recipient
Deal search
Search criteria:
Search for a deal can be done by: deal’s name; related company name; first and last name of the related private person.
Result:
The search result is presented in a list sorted by the alphabetic order by deal’s name. The list presents the deal’s name, currency, value, all relations, decided status and the estimated closing date.
Project search
Search criteria:
Search for a project can be done by: name; project’s number; project’s address (street and city); related company name and related private person (first and last name).
Result:
The search result is presented in a list sorted by the alphabetic order by project’s name. The list presents the project’s name, project’s number, related company, related private person, planned start date and project’s address.
Case search
Search criteria:
Search for a case can be done by: case’s subject; number; related company name; related company organization number; related company customer number; first and last name of the related contact; related contact’s e-mail address and related contact’s phone number.
Result:
The search result is presented in a list sorted by the alphabetic order by the case subject. The list presents case’s: name, number, registration date, status and all the relations.
User search
Search criteria:
Search for a users can be done by: first name; last name; primary phone number and e-mail.
Result:
The search result is presented in a list sorted by the alphabetic order by the first name. The list presents user’s name, phone number and the e-mail address.
The list contains the following functionality:

Mail symbol - opens email with the private person’s email address set as recipient
Work order search
Search criteria:
Search for a work order can be done by: name and number
Result:
The search result is presented in a list sorted by the alphabetic order. The list presents work order’s name, responsible user, start date and hour.
