Companies¶
New company¶
A new company can be created from the “Create new” section in the menu or form the +add new shortcut above the list of all the companies in the Companies main menu.
The new editable window opens and the user can register all needed information about the company. Fields underlined in red are required and highlighted in yellow recommended, after saving the information the new company’s page opens.
The user who created the company will, by default, be set as a responsible.
My Companies¶
Companies in the menu give the user an access to ‘My companies’ list which contains all companies related to the user.
It is possible to filter and sort the list. The list can also be set into the Edit mode. The list contains function for:
Map – Opens google maps with company’s address
Call – Works for mobile phones
Web – Opens company’s website
Allabolag – Opens information about company in allabolag.se
Company card¶
The company’s card contains of three different parts: header, action bar and tabs.
The header contains information about company. It is possible to swipe the header for additional information. The header shows status links for company’s key indicators and ‘active login’ button if the company has an external log-in.
The action bar contain the following functionality:
Call – Works for mobile phones
Web – Opens company’s website
Allabolag – Opens information about company in allabolg.se
New appointment – Shortcut to create a new appointment
Tag – Expands section for editing company tags
Insert – Shortcut to upload files to company’s card
Map – Opens google maps with the company’s address
More – Expands section for more actions
Tabs
- In the Responsibles tab all users related to the company are listed.
- Users can be related with different roles, for example: account manager or support responsible.
- A new responsible person can be related from the more menu
- After creating the relation, the assigned user gets new notification. The notification is visible in the upper right-hand side corner. After clicking on the notification symbol the user sees a list of all the notifications, read ones are marked grey and unread are marked white.
Company - Contacts tab
- In the Contacts tab all contact persons related to the company are listed.
- Contacts can be related with different roles, for example, CEO or Customer service.
- The
function expands and additional functionality, such as Inactive and Delete is visible. The Inactive function sets the relation to inactive but do not delete or hide the related contact. The ‘delete’ function deletes the relation between the company and the contact.
- The user can relate the contact person or create a new contact person from the more menu
Company - Company relations tab
- In the Company relations tab all company groups related to the company are listed.
- The user can relate the company group from the more menu
Company - Activities tabs
- In the Activities tab all activities related to the company are listed.
- The list contains function for changing status (Done/Not done) and contains information about the related participants.
- The user can create the new activity (appointment, task, call, e-mail) from the more menu
Company - Cases tab
- In the Cases tab all cases related to the company are listed.
- The list shows the case’s status and the responsible person
- The user can relate or create a case from the more menu
Company - Project tab
- In the Projects tab all projects related to the company are listed.
- The list contains information about planned start date and the address related to the project.
- New project can only be created from a deal and is automatically related to the company to which the deal is related.
Company - Deals tab
- The list shows the deals’ status, the decided status, estimated closing date and sum.
- The user can relate or create a deal form the more menu
Company - Communication tab
- In the Communication tab the additional information about the company is shown.
- The user can add additional: address, e-mail address, phone number and website.
Company - Document tab
- In the Document tab all files saved to the company are listed.
- Documents can be uploaded through the ‘insert’ function in the action bar
Company - Note tab
- In the Note tab notes about the company are listed.
- New internal and external notes can be added.
Company - Forms tab
- The tab shows all the available form templates published on the object. To start a new form from a template, click on it. The list shows both ongoing (can be opened to continue) and finished forms (can only be previewed). The PDF icon enables to download the form (in PDF format). The bin icon enables to delete a form. The envelop icon enables the user to send a form with an e-mail (sent as PDF attachment).
Company - Marketing activities tab
- The target group posts for marketing activities related to the company are listed
Company - Private person tab
- Private persons related to the company are listed.
Company - Work order tab
- Work orders related to the company are listed
